​​​As the applicant, it is your responsibility to immediately advise the Queensland Police Service (QPS) of any changes to your personal details and Relevant Information provided in your initial application.

If your circumstances have changed since submitting your application, it is important to your selection that you notify Police Recruiting immediately. This includes changes to any of the following information:

  • Health or medical issues (both physical and psychological)

  • Integrity and criminal history (including traffic fines)

  • Residential address/contact details

  • Employment

  • Driver licence

For Integrity, Health or Driver Licence changes, your notification must be in writing via the appropriate form (see below) OR by emailing Police Recruiting on: recruiting-applications@police.qld.gov.au.

Failure to disclose any changes to these circumstances, or providing false or misleading information, may result in a determination that you are not suitable for employment by the QPS.

How to use these forms:

When you have completed the form, click the button located at the end of the form next to "To email this document to QPS Recruiting, click here:".
