​​​The purpose of the psychological assessment is to evaluate whether applicants have the necessary psychological characteristics to perform the inherent occupational requirements of a General Duties police officer.

The psychological assessment phase comprises two components – psychological testing and psychological interviewing.

Psychological testing may take up to ​three hours to complete, while psychological interviews typically take between one and two hours. 

All relevant information and materials will be provided to applicants at the scheduled sessions.​
