  • Want to bring your policing experience to Queensland?

    As a current or recently serving police officer in Australia or overseas, you may be eligible for higher pay from day one at the academy, plus $20,000 in relocation support. Your experience could see you fast-tracked to the frontline through our four-month Police Abridged Competency Education (PACE) program.

    Experienced police can register for a PACE seminar or chat with the recruiting team at the careers expo. Details below.

  • What’s covered in the PACE seminars?

    PACE seminars are for people with current or recent policing experience, who may be eligible for the Police Abridged Competency Education (PACE) program.

    The one-hour presentation will cover eligibility, the application process and support incentives. Following the presentation, Recruiting staff will be available to answer individual questions.
